Fun pictures from our walk Saturday
This is just another cool house along the river. I would not love to mow this lawn either!! And I am guessing they don't have small children as their yard opens right up to the river with no fence.
As we were walking we came across this little snail making his way across the trail. Olivia was telling me it was just like Sponge Bob's snail Gary, but would not get down close to it for a picture. I had to beg her to stand where she is.

Posing for his close up!!! Gary the snail.

Some days just suck!!!

If that title doesn't say it all then I don't know what does. My eating yesterday was just bad and I didn't get exercise in because we had to sign refy papers right after work and.....well you get the idea. So this dreary Saturday morning I am off on my walk.

I don't think Imentioned that I am super excited my phone keeps track of my miles so I am able to stay accurate!

Back on the Wagon

Ok so for me I will start with the calorie counting tomorrow and then do weigh-ins on Wed. with Nat. I am excited to get back on the wagon after falling off many a times in the last 3 weeks. I have exercised 3 times this week so far and will report my tomorrows happenings tomorrow. Thanks for getting us going again Nat. Love the pics by the way. Beautiful girl oh and the landscaping is pretty too.

Another great walk for Nat and Liv

Olivia and I did another great walk yesterday. It was right around 3 miles. The weather so great, not hot, not cold. Liv did awesome and I only had to piggyback her about 1/4 mile. I had to share pictures of this house and yard that is right along the river. I was so greatful I don't have to mow their lawn :)

Quite the yard, huh? Tons of the houses along the west side of the river have amazing landscaping, but this tops most of the ones I have seen.
My eating was pretty good yesterday as well:
Breakfast - 1 1/2 cups of Pineapple
Lunch - Half of a half salad and a 32 oz diet Coke (I am trying to stay away from soda, but I had a small headache)
Dinner - Medium size bowl of spaghetti
Treats - 1 1/2 cups of ice cream and a small bite of yellow cake
