Nat's Count

I'm trying to really watch it today since we are going to Lagoon tomorrow and I did all that late night snacking last night.

Breakfast: 2 Nectarines about 140 calories

Lunch: about 650 calories - so much for watching what I ate

Snack: 2 Nectarines 140 calories

Exercise: None today. I had to take meds to sleep at about 1:30am and didn't fall asleep until after 2. With a drive to SLC this morning I decided I better get more than 2.5 hours of sleep. I WILL GO TOMORROW!!! Plus all the walking at Lagoon :)

1/2 grapefruit I think about 100 cal.
24 Mini Wheats/no milk 180 cal.

Lunch:
Chicked Enchilada Soup (only one bowl today) 500 cal

Snacks:
crackers 160 cal.
marshmellows 70 cal.

Lunch:
Chicken Enchilada Soup 800 calories (just a guesstimate but I was really hungry and ate a lot)

Lunch: A fabulous sald about 500 calories

Midnight snacking (due to insomnia, not a good excuse I know, but I always get so hungry when this happens!!!) about 700 calories

Total Calories: 1980 - Wahoo look at that barely still in my limit. That's awesome

Exercise: 37 minutes on treadmill, 2.0 miles, 295 calories burned

Total calories: 1370 not bad :) well under my 1800 limit :):):)

Exercise: Nada, but going to the gym in the morning

Man we really need to get our butts in gear.

Okay so far today....
Breakfast: 2 cups of Corn Flakes - 200 calories
1 cup skim milk - 90 calories

Lunch: 2 Nectarines - about 120 calories

Dinner: about 4 oz of Chicken - 200 calories
baked potato with all the goods - 250 calories
asparagus - about 80 calories

Total for the day: 950 calories PRETTY DARN GOOD

Checking In

Okay so we haven't really been doing our daily calorie check in. So just for today I am going to list what I ate because I have no idea what the calories are.

Breakfast: Small pancake & a cup of milk
Lunch: A nectarine & about 6 salt water taffy
Dinner: Small baked potato, a bunch of asparagus and 1.5 small hamburgers

Exercise: Swimming for 30 minutes in my awesome neighbors pool :)

Nat's 1st Daily check in

Today I ate 2110 calories. I know for certain I didn't drink enough water. For exercise today I mowed my lawn and tilled my flower garden and a new spot for my veggie garden.

WE DID IT!!!!!

Well we did it. I don't think there was much doubt that Brandi and Kim would do it, but I am most proud to say I did it as well!!! Thanks so much sisters for supporting me on my new venture of getting into shape and finding a love to run. I know some people in the fam thought we were crazy to pay to run, but it was awesome (even if I now have a slight case of bronchitis.) I love you guys!!!

Kim's Time: 35 minutes (I think)

Nat & Bran's Time: 50 minutes
Obviously Bran could have finished with Kim, but she stuck with me and even carried some little girl on her back when the girl's poor mom was struggling with a screaming infant in a stroller and a little girl who no longer wanted to walk. You inspire us all sister!!!
