My eating for Thursday we HORRIBLE!!! I bet I consumed enough calories for 2 days. I did exercise though. I did some swimming, both moderate and some good steady laps. I burned 1050 calories. So I'll make it as an okay day.
Today - Friday 5/15/09
Breakfast:
Pancakes (small) - 650
Biscut - 350
Water - 20 oz
Lunch:
Salad - 350
Dinner:
Snacks: I am going to make a goal for NONE!! But I may have a gatorade or creamie :)
Exercise:
3 mi jog/walk (if I don't hang out at Brandi's flower party too long:) )
