I don't think I did very well the last couple of days, but as I didn't write them down I don't know. So here is today's update.
Breakfast:
3 plain biscuts - 400 calories
Lunch:
Michelina's Frozen Manicotti - 270 calories (this was really yummy)
2 Egg Roll - 260 Calories
Dinner:
Chicken about 6 oz - 350 Calories
Snacks:
2 jumbo tootsie roll - 300 Calories
2 Gatorades - 300 Calories
4 Cookies - 300 Calories
Total Calories - 2180 (Oops!!! I'll do better tomorrow!!!)
Exercise:
Finishing mowing the lawn (whole backyard)
Swim laps for 30 minutes
Calories burned -744 (I guess that makes up for my extra 180 calories)
