Sorry if this blog is getting boring, but it really helps me keep track of my eating. I will take the camera on a walk soon and get some fun pictures. Also, Amber and I are going to do the Live wElle 5k in Springville on May 23rd if anyone wants to join us.
NEW GOAL: Increase water intake!!!!!
Breakfast:
1 bowl of corn flakes - 210
1 granola bar - 100
Lunch:
Hamburger - 550
Diet Coke - 0
Fries - 300
Dinner:
2 small burritoes - 550
Small green salad - 200
Snacks:
1 gatorade - 200
1 granola bar - 100
8 Crackers - 150
1 big piece of cake (bad, but oh so good) - 250
Calorie intake - 2610 (WOW, it was not a good day!!!!) I need to eat for fruit and drink more water.
Exercise:
35 Minues gardening
30 Minutes Moderate Swimming
25 Minutes Lap Swimming
Total Calories Burned - 1352
Calories for the Day - 1258
