Breakfast: about 450 calories YIKES
Lunch: a gatorade - 200 calories
Dinner: dinner 2 small bean burritoes - 500 calories
Snack: about 4 cups of popcorn 220
Total calories: 1370 not bad :) well under my 1800 limit :):):)
Exercise: Nada, but going to the gym in the morning
