Man we really need to get our butts in gear.
Okay so far today....
Breakfast: 2 cups of Corn Flakes - 200 calories
1 cup skim milk - 90 calories
Lunch: 2 Nectarines - about 120 calories
Dinner: about 4 oz of Chicken - 200 calories
baked potato with all the goods - 250 calories
asparagus - about 80 calories
Total for the day: 950 calories PRETTY DARN GOOD
Exercise: Nada :(
