MAKE UP DAY

Ok so I had to make up today for the last couple of days with no exercise and eating like crap. I challenged myself to run a 10k on the treadmill this morning and did it. I ran it in 63 min. I had to slow down a few times but managed to keep running. So now I am off to count the cals for the day and will blog them tonight.

Two Days combined....sort of

My eating for Thursday we HORRIBLE!!! I bet I consumed enough calories for 2 days. I did exercise though. I did some swimming, both moderate and some good steady laps. I burned 1050 calories. So I'll make it as an okay day.

Today - Friday 5/15/09

Breakfast:

Water - 20 oz

Snacks: I am going to make a goal for NONE!! But I may have a gatorade or creamie :)

I have no idea why I didn't finish this....but I don't remember how I did this day :(

I am going to start doing some cardio/stretching in the mornings and then do my main workout in the afternoon. Also, I think it will help me to plan out my meals each morning so that I stick to them.

Sorry if this blog is getting boring, but it really helps me keep track of my eating. I will take the camera on a walk soon and get some fun pictures. Also, Amber and I are going to do the Live wElle 5k in Springville on May 23rd if anyone wants to join us.

Calorie intake - 2610 (WOW, it was not a good day!!!!) I need to eat for fruit and drink more water.
